These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and pasti77 ("pasti77", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the pasti77 online gambling platform available at pasti77.cam ("the Website") and any associated mobile-optimised interfaces.

• "Account" means the individual registered user account created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account, including real-money funds and any bonus credits separately identified.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, welcome bonus, reload bonus, or incentive credited to a Player's Account that is subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required under anti-money laundering (AML) and responsible gambling obligations.
• "MYR" or "RM" means Malaysian Ringgit, the primary transactional currency on pasti77.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any real-money stake placed by a Player on any game or event available on the Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total amount a Player must wager using Bonus Funds before those funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "VIP Programme" means pasti77's tiered loyalty reward system, ranging from Silver through to Black Diamond tier.
• "Self-Exclusion" means the voluntary or platform-initiated restriction of a Player's access to the Platform for a defined or indefinite period.

By creating an Account on pasti77, accessing the Website, or placing any Wager on the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, including any supplementary rules, policies, and guidelines referenced herein.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not register an Account or access any services offered by pasti77. Continued use of the Platform following any amendments to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are published in English. In the event of any ambiguity arising from translation or interpretation, the English-language version shall be authoritative and shall prevail.

To register and maintain an Account on pasti77, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. pasti77 strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 for all gambling activity on the Platform.
• You are a natural person (not a company, trust, or other legal entity) accessing the Platform in your own personal capacity.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law, including but not limited to the United States, France, the Netherlands, or any other restricted territory as may be updated from time to time.
• You are not on any self-exclusion list, whether registered with pasti77 or any other recognised responsible gambling body.
• You have not previously had an Account on pasti77 that was suspended or terminated for breach of these Terms.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of another person.

Each individual player is permitted to register and maintain one (1) Account only. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. pasti77 reserves the right to suspend all associated accounts and forfeit any balances and bonuses held therein upon detection of duplicate accounts.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your legal name, date of birth, residential address, phone number, and email address. You agree to maintain the accuracy of this information and to update it promptly in the event of any changes.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. pasti77 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to adequately secure your credentials.

KYC Verification: Prior to processing any withdrawal request, pasti77 requires all players to complete identity verification (KYC). This process involves submitting copies of valid government-issued identification (such as a Malaysian MyKad or Passport) and may additionally require proof of residential address and source of funds for high-value transactions. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions.

pasti77 accepts deposits via the following methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow QR, FPX bank transfer (including Maybank, CIMB Bank, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and other major Malaysian financial institutions), USDT TRC20, Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), and BNB (BNB Smart Chain). The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without notice.

Minimum Deposit: The standard minimum deposit is RM50 for fiat payment methods. For cryptocurrency deposits, the minimum equivalent is MYR 30. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and player tier.

Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completed KYC verification. Standard processing time is 15 minutes to 2 hours for e-wallet withdrawals, and 1–3 business days for bank transfers, subject to the volume of pending requests and applicable banking clearance windows. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are processed within 30–60 minutes following network confirmation.

pasti77 reserves the right to request additional documentation for any withdrawal request, including for anti-money laundering (AML) compliance purposes. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically feasible. pasti77 does not accept third-party payment arrangements.

From time to time, pasti77 may offer promotional bonuses, welcome packages, reload offers, VIP cashback, cryptocurrency deposit bonuses, and other incentives ("Promotions") to eligible players. All Promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside the individual Promotion.

• Wagering Requirement: The standard wagering requirement applicable to bonus funds is 10x the bonus amount. For example, a RM100 bonus requires a total of RM1,000 in qualifying wagers before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash.
• Time Limit: Wagering requirements must be completed within 14 calendar days of the bonus being credited. Bonuses that remain uncleared after 14 days will be automatically removed from the Account along with any winnings derived from them.
• Game Contribution: Different game categories may contribute different percentages towards wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Live casino table games may contribute at a lower rate. Sports bets placed with bonus funds contribute based on cumulative settled stakes at odds of 1.50 or greater.
• Maximum Bet with Bonus: While bonus funds are active in your Account, the maximum stake per bet or spin is capped at RM30 (or equivalent). Exceeding this limit may result in Bonus Funds being voided.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may hold and wager through only one active bonus at a time. Claiming a new promotion before completing an existing wagering requirement will result in the existing bonus being forfeited.
• Abuse and Fraud: pasti77 reserves the right to withhold, void, or claw back any bonus or associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, use of automated betting systems, or exploitation of promotional errors.

All bets placed on pasti77 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the game or event in question. Game rules for casino titles (including live casino tables, slots, and instant-win games) are accessible within each individual game interface. Sportsbook betting rules, including settlement procedures for postponed, abandoned, or voided events, are published within the sportsbook section of the Platform.

Sportsbook: pasti77's sportsbook covers a wide range of markets including the English Premier League (EPL), UEFA Champions League, La Liga, Bundesliga, Liga Super Malaysia, FAM Cup, UFC, NBA, and other international sports events. Odds are expressed in decimal format. Mix Parlay (accumulator) betting is available with a minimum of two (2) selections and a maximum of twelve (12) selections per slip.

pasti77 reserves the right to void any bet where there is clear evidence of a pricing error, system malfunction, or where the outcome of the event was known to the player prior to placement. Winnings derived from manifest errors will not be paid and may be recouped from the player's Account balance where already settled.

All bets are final once confirmed. Players cannot cancel a bet after confirmation. Live in-play bets are final at the moment of placement and are not subject to cancellation under any circumstances.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on pasti77 and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all funds and bonuses:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under the same or different identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using software, bots, automated scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other technological means to obtain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, including coordinated play designed to manipulate game outcomes or bonus conditions.
• Exploiting any error, loophole, or technical vulnerability in the Platform's software or pricing systems.
• Laundering funds or using the Platform for any illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to circumvent responsible gambling tools or self-exclusion restrictions.
• Using third-party payment methods, accepting deposits from other players, or transferring funds between accounts.
• Engaging in any activity that disrupts the Platform's services or causes harm to other players.

pasti77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where:

• A breach of these Terms is detected or reasonably suspected.
• The Account holder fails to complete required KYC verification within a reasonable period.
• Fraudulent, suspicious, or unlawful activity is detected in connection with the Account.
• A self-exclusion request has been received from the Account holder or a recognised responsible gambling body.
• A chargeback or payment dispute has been initiated by the Account holder or their payment provider.
• The Platform is required to comply with a legal obligation, court order, or regulatory directive.

In cases of Account suspension due to suspected fraud, all balances and pending withdrawals will be held pending investigation. Where fraud is confirmed, the balance may be forfeited. Where no fraud is confirmed and the suspension is lifted, the balance will be released in full.

Players may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting pasti77 customer support via live chat or email. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any outstanding balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to the player's registered payment method.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gambling purposes only. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any Content without pasti77's express written consent.

The pasti77 name, logo, and any associated brand marks are proprietary trademarks of pasti77. Unauthorised use of these marks is strictly prohibited.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pasti77 and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.

pasti77's total aggregate liability to any Player arising from or related to these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pasti77 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Temporary downtime for maintenance, security updates, or technical improvements may occur without prior notice.

The collection, processing, and storage of personal data by pasti77 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

pasti77 collects personal data strictly for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, AML compliance, and the delivery of gambling services. Personal data is not sold or transferred to third parties for marketing purposes without explicit player consent.

All personal data transmitted to and from pasti77 is protected using 256-bit SSL encryption. Player funds are held in accounts segregated from pasti77's operational finances.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the licensing jurisdiction under which pasti77 operates. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, including any dispute regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall first be referred to pasti77's customer support team for resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication within a reasonable period, it shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration body in pasti77's licensing jurisdiction. Players may not bring class action claims against pasti77.

Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence that cannot be contractually waived.

pasti77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to players via the email address registered to their Account and/or via a prominent notice on the Website prior to the changes taking effect.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised to reflect the date of any significant amendment. Your continued use of the Platform following publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to a revised version of these Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 10.
